Our vision, mission, and the values that guide everything we do.
To create a recovery-friendly community where every individual has access to the support, resources, opportunities, and connections necessary to initiate and sustain lasting recovery and wellness.
Hope for Recovery is a community outreach organization dedicated to identifying and removing barriers that prevent individuals and families from initiating, engaging in, and sustaining long-term recovery. Through advocacy, education, and service, we strengthen recovery capital, create pathways to lasting recovery, and eliminate the stigma of addiction.
"What is preventing this person from initiating and sustaining long-term recovery?"
Our mission: To identify and help remove it.
Recovery first
Recovery is Possible.
People do not fail because they lack potential.
People often struggle because barriers stand between them and recovery.
Our role is to identify those barriers and help remove them.
We focus on the person's recovery potential — not the pathology.
We believe recovery is possible for every individual and family.
We treat people and animals with dignity, respect, and understanding.
Helping others is at the heart of recovery and community.
Connection creates healing. Recovery thrives when people feel supported and valued.
We operate with honesty, accountability, and transparency.
We seek creative solutions to real-world barriers that prevent people from accessing and sustaining recovery.
We help individuals build the confidence, skills, and recovery capital needed to thrive.
